Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers to deliver high-quality projects
- Manage end-to-end software development processes, ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and secure software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and achieve project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.
Required Qualification
Experience
- 5–6+ years of software development experience.
- At least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Python, Java, JavaScript, and hands-on experience with AWS services.
Soft Skills
- Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
